Season Two | Episode Two
High in the Canadian Arctic are the deep, frozen fjords of northwest Baffin Island. Ancient and colossal, these branching hallways of rock are the domain of seals and polar bears, relied upon by local Inuit hunters. In every direction, giant snow filled couloirs split the ancient rock. A skier’s dream. Chad Sayers steps from the sea ice into these magical spaces, weaving up and carving down in between some of the tallest cliffs on the planet, revealing the vast sense of scale of Canada’s north.
